Financial Feasibility Assessment
 This report presents the LTC concept, the development and phasing of the project and an assessment of financial feasibility.
Economic Impact Study
This report estimates the impact onthe Louisiana Economy and the 4 parish region comprised of Ascension, Assumption, Iberville and St. James.
 

The LTC has created a video for the project outlining many of the ideas and features that will be prominent. This video is approximately 90MB and is recommended for a broadband connection.
